There is so much to look at, that an aid would be extremely helpful. As for me, I am interested in obtaining all the chess olympiad game scores.

You are right - some state-of-the-art features would be nice. Unfortunately, I do not have time for this. So the easiest way for you is to use the searching functionality of your browser, maybe "ctrl+F". If you do so and type in "olympiad", you will find http://www.olimpbase.org/. Perhaps you will find what you are searching for there.
